The Department of Innovation and Technology, also known as DoIT, is a central staff agency responsible for developing and providing information technology and consulting services to City agencies that will innovate on how they deliver services and interact with citizens.

 

Our core responsibilities include:

• Strategic Vision: Strategic technology planning and business needs solutions.

• Application Development: Information management, special project management, application development, and implementation.

• Operational Support: System/application maintenance, support, telecommunications, and data center operations.

• Security & Procurement: Technology acquisition, data security, and other essential services.
